VC:MP remains always put whom I me register wants or how I have to do myself register please around urgent hilfe and still what this  CRC32 checksum failed: 'data/default.ide'.

On most servers you can register by using command /c register <password you want>. If you get message CRC32 checksum failed: 'data/default.ide', it means that you have a modified default.ide file, so you have to replace it with the original default.ide.

And where I must substitute default.ide and where I get orginale default.ide datei or it can also lie with it I have a German version because I am German.

Original default.ide is available from here. Put the new default.ide to data-folder in your Vice City installation directory. I dont think german version causes any problems with this particular file

Try switching Vice Citys language to English
