Hi all

Vcmp 0.4 needs a variable to set the ip that vcmp server will listen.
It is the same as samp's "bind" variable.

If you check samp's server.cfg options and look for "bind" you will understand
what i am talking about.

I would like to vcmp to have that bind variable.
bind will set vcmp server's ip adress that the server will listen.

This is required for server machines that have multiple ip adress'
or running same ported vcmp servers with different ip adress'
