VC:MP 0.3x on Vista?

Im running Windows Vista Buisness.
I always get error at the end of the loading screen:

what can i do to run this?

PS: i installed first 0.3z until i checked, that i doesnt run anymore...so i installed 0.3x over that (directly into my gta:vc folder)

i reinstalled gta and vcmp....and it didnt worked

now i disabled frame limiter and it works >_>
