How to script

Hi,
I like to scripting vcmp but i dont know principes of it.

can you give me some tutorial for start ?
I dont know how to create command.
But I know than I need mIRC and I have it now but dont know how to use it.

and if i connect with mIRC to my server. script was loaded to my server ?
