Time to help an uber n00b out ^_^

So yea... I've installed VC:MP... the servers are working flawlessly.... I have no problems what so ever with the gameplay... its all brilliant. Ok now... I need some help and explaining on some stuff.... like are there game modes? Or like what do you do cuz people keep bitching at me for doing stupid crap  Also, how the hell do you communicate with others and talk? Thats all I need to know guys Thx a bunch XD

if you open up your vcmp.exe file and click on the 'internet' tab, then on players it should arrange teh servers according to the amount of players in them.
