I create a server and the amendment to the file config.ini

make sure you downloaded the last version of servers:
0.3z_r2 Client: http://vicecitymultiplayer.com/downloads/03z_r2/vcmpclient0.3zr2(patch2).zip
0.3z_r2 Linux server: http://vicecitymultiplayer.com/downloads/03z_r2/vc-mp-server0.3zr2(pawn)(linux)(updated2).zip
0.3z_r2 Windows server: http://vicecitymultiplayer.com/downloads/03z_r2/server0.3zr2(pawn)(win)(updated2).zip
(every mIRC scripts of vice city:mp need the last dll to work )
if are everything ok and scripts are not working you need the last DLL: http://liberty-unleashed.co.uk/vcmp/vc-mp-r2.zip

See the servers config file and check the password.

GUS uses old functions to connect and uses old vcmp rcon dll.So it won't work with 0.4.

GUS 9.0 won't work with 0.3R2 with rcon.dll and you need officially released rcon dll which came with 0.3r2 package to create your mirc script or use Vrocker's dll and modify fbs 2.0 to work with 0.3r2.

Actually he can, but he has to use the original dll made by bakasan.
