HI, I am using frame limiter on(I have to) but my screen lags like I am using a very old pc, and when I put frame limiter off(works in Single Player and in 1-3 servers from vcmp), stays nice.
My ops:
-GeForce gt320 1gb
-Intel core i5 650 3.20ghz
-4GB ram
-directx11
-windows 7 home premium 64bits
Plz someone help me.

well. i don't know how to do that so can you clear it how do it ?

> CTRL + ALT + DELETE > Task Manager > Processes > click 2 on gta-vc.exe > Set Priority > Realtime / High / Above normal

Never heard of that problem before, weird. I guess you could try messing around with VSync options under your graphics card control panel. (Nvidia Control Panel/ATI Tools whatever it may be)

Just a quick note: do you know that you won't run the original GTA1 on nowadays computers? Our computers are too good for this game... So who knows if something similar will happen to the GTA3 era?
Could you guys give us your FPS count in VC? (can be read by tools like Xfire, Fraps...)
