Ofcourse it Doesn't support but only mods that adds new objects, mods which edit the most ( not all ) the most roads which makes vcmp crash, but the skins and other it does support...

So normally we can say: Mods with custom objects and edited buildings/roads are not supported

I'll check the post when I get home and delete if necessary. However, I hope you realize now that when I do moderate posts, it's because they're against the forum rules, and not because of a power trip.
