WHO LEVEL 1 IN THE XE SERVER

I want to know how many Player from XE Server Level 1 gives :)
I m Level 1 and other ok level 1 mean not so much but i want to know whos level 1 :D

well, I just feel bad for the people dealing with a heal delay and such, watching some lamer with level 1 dancing around while healing.

lol I'm pretty sure the heal delay is the same for both people with level 0 and people with level 1...
