Why its so matter what is your level?

i just realised i don't think you can have level 1 go through check system and i'm not sure is you can report them  ???

hey i forgot level 1 cool becouse other level 0 cant check level 1 hehe i try with my level 0 account and check a player it says u cant check player with higher level i look his level he was level 1 :D ;D

Oh I see, I guess HeAd was correct when he said that level 0 people can't check level 1 people. I'll ask my superiors to see if they can change everyone's levels to 0.

And with regards to reporting, you can report anyone you want, even admins.
