Title: how to connect echo to a server?

I have a server and i wanna add that server to irc ..how i will connect it? its a pawn server

Its simple, just add a script and install it. Almost all scripts have echo.

There is no good way to add an echo to your pawn scripts since pawn does not support sockets nor modules/plugins.
Switch to another language (squirrel/mIRC) or have a server without an echo...

Considering PSA relies on a bigass timer running every 100ms with dozens of I/O operations a second...

Yeah, that won't lag at all.
