Launch file Missing

Few days ago i took the vice city game folder on my pendrive from my friend. I copy the folder into my PC but the launch file, I mean which file i make a double click to open the game is missing. Can u please help me.

You have to launch gta_vc.exe. Post a screenshot of the error message if there is any.

There is no error message because i have not the file where i make  a double click to open this game.... I have lost only that file.

So just download the missing file. Ain't it the way to fix your problem?

Or, if you can't find it, reinstall the game.
