Just run vc-mp.exe and find it out by yourself rofl.

Yes i know, but how to make simple server , and i want to make Real Life , or Clan War server , is there some skript.

Here (http://forum.vicecitymultiplayer.com/index.php?board=20.0) are some tutorials about VC:MP, and use the search bar for clan war or any other scripts  ;D
