Yeah, they are the ones who give you internet. If they aren't of help, try asking someone in real life, they might be of help, if they know about computers.

i have made a server at 192.168.1.2:5192 named varun's server but it is not showing in vc:mp 0.3z cleint in internet column ..

Ok, this has come to the point when it's not funny anymore. You're asking the same questions and receiving the same answers. You have the following options now:
1) Use google.com in whatever language you speak.
2) Ask your Internet Service Provide for assistance.
3) Find somebody in real life you know who has better English/computing skills.
4) Don't create your server, since nobody will play at it anyway.
5) Kill yourself (this one always works).

Please pick one of the above and do not create any more of "server creating" related posts. Thanks.
