[BUG] Tear Gases are removed from your hand sometimes.
Description
When you are dropping a tear gas and your ped may be on the top of the tear gas (while it is "launching") because its produced by the server, your tear gas will be removed from your hand, but you will still can use it.

What you were doing when the bug happened
Dropping some tear gases.
What you think caused the bug
I have no idea.

P.S.
I think this bug happens for grenades and molotovs too.
