hello,
        from where can i get these files "vcmp.mrc" and "vcmp.dll"

 according to this  :-  http://liberty-unleashed.co.uk/VCWiki/Scripting/mIRC/NewServer/Default i need these files to place it in the directory of mirc.
So can you guys help me , i need these files
please give me a link where i can download these files.

See above. mIRC is unsupported because it is unstable, only runs on Windows, and is bad in general. Locked.
