Title: [Bug] You get teleported to leaf links when you surf on cars

Description
Sometimes when you surf on a vehicle, you get teleported to leaf links

Reproducible
Often

What you were doing when the bug happened
Surf on a car.

What you think caused the bug
Not sure but I think if something pushes you in the vehicle (like if you are on the car and the car jumps, you can get pushed down. Or if you're on a car and another car pushes you.)

The reason is correct for the most part. When a collision issue  occurs and makes the player's position an invalid coordinate (Not a Number) VC:MP will set their coordinates to (0, 0, 0) to avoid a crash which occurred occasionally in R2.
