How to create VC-MP Server shows on internet

How to publish server at internet for free i want to make my own server that showed on Internet  in free of cost and how to made my own mo server like commands Peds for play etc...

Download the server files from the homepage, download a script from the script showroom on this forums, edit the config file using notepad, Run server.exe and you should be able to play in your server.

I want to made server for VC-MP Shows on Internet List
PROBLEM:-

1.I am Pakistani and have PTCL Router
2.How to Forward Port for PTCL
3. What is Settings for Port Forwarding

hey i did it Strike that u gives link but now what i have to do i Forwarded my port  as they Described,but when i opening server they DIdnot SHow it on internet,.....

Server won't be visible to you in internet mostly.
PM me your server ip or name.
