i want to connect WSV sripts to my server becuz it has race script

any one know how to make race script in pawno

Step 1. Download 0.3z R2 Mirc Server http://www.mediafire.com/?xwrwanhnxza4259 (http://www.mediafire.com/?xwrwanhnxza4259)
Step 2. Download WSV 0.3 with the new DLL http://www.mediafire.com/?frs0e11tocv35sv (http://www.mediafire.com/?frs0e11tocv35sv)
Step 3. Hook it up.
