Title: Database Failure or Adminstrator Did It?
Post by: Fuzzy168 on July 12, 2012, 05:06:06 am: I was shocked to see topics from the News, General Discussion, Servers, VC-MP Clans, LC-MP, Video and Screenshots, Hunting-Arena server and Ka Deathmatch server gone... What happen?

I'm 15 years old, I don't get how you are able to say that it's me who hacked, I just downloaded EA script from the FTP of MK CTF since I was one of CTF owners, that's why I had access to that ftp, X_94 left EA script in that FTP accidentally, and I saw it and decided to download it, that's why you can't call me a hacker.

Just saw it? You uploaded it on most of VC:MP forums, dispite it was an old script.

I never said that it wasn't me who uploaded it, everyone knows I did, I even admitted it, I said that I downloaded the script from the FTP of MK CTF, and you can't call me "hacker" for that.

One thing I do recommend though is for people to make backups of their forums asap as a precaution until we get to the bottom of this.

There is no known backup. Some threads were restored with Google's cache, but some could not be.

100% protection? Well we'd have to demote inactive developers and testers from the forum and make sure they ALL changed their passwords. We'd also have to back up the forum; max is the only person who can do so and is inactive. This should suffice for now.
