Title: [Fixed] [BUG] Firing stubby while crouching causes it to bug up.

Description
Firing a stubby shotgun causes the animation to break and repeat causing the gun to fire very fast repeatedly over and over. Bug exists in 0.3z

Reproducible
All of the time

What you were doing when the bug happened
Crouching and firing a stubby shotgun.

What you think caused the bug

Something in the vcmp_w.dat file has been modified from the original stubby shotgun line which causes the problem to occur.

The animation isn't being played fully.

Not an issue in vcmp_w.dat but a game bug that needs to be investigated further. Using a stock weapon.dat file, obtaining a stubby in single player and firing also causes the same effect.

Some debugging shows that when crouching, the animation for firing the stubby resets about halfway through instead of continuing.
