Assuming you are scripting in pawn platform, you should use Pawno.

Here is a link to a version uploaded by me: http://www.solidfiles.com/d/93e27/pawno.rar
But you should replace the "include" folder with the one you find in the Windows Server. (from first page)
because mine can be a bit older.
