my servers dont actually show up

HEY, just got my vcmp downloaded, i get it set up all the way until it lets you pick a server from internet/ official/ favorites and there are no servers there... im pretty sure i have to download somthing but i dont know what so if someone can help me out it'd be appreciated, the faster the better.

ok i just tried adding a couple peoples servers to my faves list and i got one that actually almost worked but it had 0/200 players

so i curiously double clicked and a message saying:  GTA: Vice City executable was not found.(C://gta-vc.exe)
