I hate people saying "Fail" and "Epic Fail" but now I really have to admit that this is a epic fail!!! HAHA

As a novice (N-o-o-b) you might thing "WTF? Why are those guys laughing at me!" So the thing is that 1.0 version is allways the starting point without any patches!!!
1.0 is unpatched version, the pure game. If it'd be less than 1.0 Vice City would be a beta version and people don't put beta versions on market... Think about it.

But notice that VC is now a few years old, and the setup manager may have already included the 1.1 patch.

I'm with gta vice city first purchased a few days ago so is a newer patch up when I start Vcmp comes time you need the version 1.00
