How to add passenger to my server?

Can be transplanted from SAMP?  I think it's possible! because there have someone were do this! i need help

VC:MP doesn't have any kind of NPC support. However, Murdock's VCA Module has NPC support. It is however not released yet.

VCA allows us to add BOT in the server?
