Title: when i try to join a server it says i need to locate gta-vc.exe

IT DOESNT EXIST i need it

1. Run vc-mp.exe
2. Select Tools --> Settings --> Vice City Installation location --> locate your VC folder.

If GTA-VC.EXE does not exist then you need to buy it.
