VC:MP 0.4 Any Server Is Not Starting For Me .

The Message Which Comes When I Press Connect Is --> 'R2 Not Installed To Direct VC Directory( When Trying To Launch R2 Server)'

If you want to join to 0.3zR2 servers from the 0.4 browser, you shoul have 0.3zR2 installed on the Vice City that is loaded by the browser.

With another words: 0.3zR2 is still needed to be installed to can run it from the new browser.

man you could've gone to internet browser and wrote download vcmp so there it would come it was that easy!
