Support / Weird screen

When I connect to a server..

The most of the time it crashes...

Not normal, but just 52 crashes. (Counted)

Finally when I got it working...

I just see my screen sometimes goes black, white frames flashing, everywhere letters and number over my whole screen flashing..
and all different colors.

Please help, what's this?
I never had this before.
