how to add iptable in putty

iptables -A bad_tcp_packets -p tcp --tcp-flags SYN,ACK SYN,ACK \
-m state --state NEW -j REJECT --reject-with tcp-reset

Do you have a VPS or some sort of dedicated Linux server?

If so, you have a VPS and don't know how to SSH in, and are trying to copy and paste random commands?

If not, you can't PuTTY in anyway.
