General Discussion / Owner abuser and bad attitude

Hello to all who are reading this post. I want to make a complaint to the Owner "[Ka] HMMurdock (Server: Sky City; IP: 62.84.240.242:5192)" through this post by attitudes with intentions of pedophilia to players underage. And also for abuse of power because he apparently blocking my IP in most of the servers in VCMP.
I hope you can do something about it. Greetings.
