If you have a static IP the create of server is simply, but if you have a dynamic IP you will have a problem.

There is no IP "5", ip has more characters. There should be writedfor example: "Connecting to 83.133.125.167:5192" or other IP. Show me the screen what is showing up on connecting.

I've got a problem with running vc-mp. When i run it on standard vice city it goes on but not in vc-mp. It stops at moment what's showed on this screen:



If I reinstall vc and vc:mp it's working but I'm bored of that.
What advice can you give me (if there is even) to make it works? :]

But sometimes when I play vc-mp and frame limiter is turned off o feel I play like this is turned on (I think it's just then if there's lots of cars...).

Look, when you select the character (i think u didn't change the characters in vanilla.ini yet) there's pink-purple man it's Ken Rosemberg. When you select this person you will in this room. The room looks like the rook of K. Rosemberg but it's no where he lives :P

The GTA:Vice City 1.0 version is the standard version. You don't need a patch to have 1.0 version.

Ehmm... i know one idea if you can't use hamachi. When you turn off firewall then mayby it will help. It helps often.

Install hamachi - it gives you the static IP, but other players what wanna join ur server have to start hamachi too and join you network.
