What's you internet? If neoplus (dynamic IP) then other player what have static Ip can't join your server.

If your server is running you can join ur server on ip 127.0.0.1 always!

Did you create command !ban ? If you didn't type !ban won't work. At first write script for the !ban command.

Yea, that's right you cant edit rcon.dll. But you can edit vcmp.mrc and vcmpecho.mrc if you want.. :P
