You probably ran gta-vc.exe instead of vc-mp.exe.
If not, you might have some mods that are connected with d3d8.dll type of files.

Greetings.
I've tried connecting to Pure DM server, which's port is 80, but when I put the IP on my favorites list, it doesn't show up.
I've also tried adding the port at the firewall exceptions list, but no luck.
Does anybody know a solution for that?

On every server (I think), only admins can use it.
