How can I let other people connect to the server?

I done somethiong on the BTTF forums and I'm curious, how can other people connect do they do

localhost:5192 as well?
Or is it different any help would be great, thanks!

check your ip
www.whatsmyip.org

tell that ip to your friend and then he can connect to ur server

Localhost is lan a lan server ;)
