I don't think he was ever banned. He may have been given a temporary ban for glitching, but I'm pretty sure its not for hacks. Anyways, we don't really ban glitchers, so I think you're better off just kicking him everytime he does it. Eventually, if it seems as he just doesn't get it, then it would be the time for us to ban him.

Well the thing is, I was watching on IRC as Goku was spamming. I thought about going in the server to kick him, but he spammed about 20 lines or so and then stopped. Look, I don't believe in temporary bans as LW administrators may do, so the most you'll see from me doing is giving him a warning.
