how to do a internet server
Tools:
-the server and announce fixed (http://www.killzservers.altervista.org/Downloads/server.zip) (for vc-mp)
1.(only if you have a router)go in your router and foward ports 5192 and 5315 protocol UDP
2.turn off windows firewall
3.go in your antivirus options and foward ports 5192 and 5315 protocol UDP
4.run the server
5.put your local ip in favorites
6.Join!
ALL DONE!
NOTE:(only for who have a router)how to go in your router
1.open your prompt.
2.in the prompt, type: ipconfig
you have this, where:
-IP Address is your local ip
-default gateway is your router ip
3.put your gateway in your internet browser addresses bar

Thx for thats nice explanation, but i did all this stuff, but when i try to join my own server its telling me "Connecting 127.0.0.1:5192" and its never been "Connected" its just still saying that, can you please or anyone give me a way to fix this problem, because im looking for a solution since 2 months .

your local ip never change man...

Your internal IP can change, depends on the type of router or modem.
Although 127.0.0.1 will always work.

127.0.0.1 is a loopback IP address. Local IP is an adress within a private network.
