first i want tocreate a vcmp server roleplay but can you give me the place to search a rpg game mode

You Will Find It In Top Right. Type what you need find and click "bang" (Kidding Its Search).

AFAIK, no one has created a good enough Role-Play script. I suggest you learn Pawn/Squirrel and script one your own.

There are some good ones out there, but none of them are publicly-shared.

If you're looking for a place to get ideas from with script examples, I would check in this board first:
