can i speak to the server(pawno)

i have a qustion i want to talk to in game player (i'm not in game)
how can i do this?

Using an rcon.exe or light mirc script.

At the minute the Pawn server is what I'd call "poverty" :P, It doesn't have any support for IRC Sockets at the moment.
