What is this button for? I pressed it and nothing happen. Someone tell what is this for? ???

Build mode is mainly to test vehicles and get coordinates of places on your map. However, you need to rename gta-vc.exe to gta-vc.exe -d

as Stormeus said Open build mode wait for 1 min. then type
