On second thought, even if you had some kind of evidence, the most we can do is warn the guy. If you're posting on the forums, under the expectation that we would ban him/her, then you're deeply mistaken.

@Killme, I hope you can sleep better now, cuz I was finally able to catch [CHN]Flank right in the action just a few days ago. With regards to "Mr.", I see him a lot in the server, but I haven't seen him hack. I think I"ll just continue watching him for a while, and just give me a hoot if you see him hack.

Oh I see, I guess HeAd was correct when he said that level 0 people can't check level 1 people. I'll ask my superiors to see if they can change everyone's levels to 0.

And with regards to reporting, you can report anyone you want, even admins.
