There are 3 excellent cleo  scripts, here in archive these scripts + widescreenfix. Cleo is loaded normally with 0.4 version, but not load scripts. Make opportunity through Cleo or through a multiplayer. It is possible to think up quests on the server to receive one of these opportunities. Would be very cooll.

SCM is disabled in 0.4 and we have no plans on basing any code on a port or integration of CLEO mods. I'm personally not sure if we would end up going through with an integration of swimming/walking/climbing without extending it to allow servers to apply their own custom animations, and it would be too complicated to add by 0.4's initial release, and probably even for some time after that.

These will not be implemented. (at least not in the near future)
+ cleo scripts are not loaded because VC:MP 0.4 disabled scm scripts.

PS: Don't know if it is a good idea to implement widescreenfix, but it is great.  :D
(if you have widescreenfix.asi, you can use override.asi too. That override is the speed effect you get in other newer gta at high speed - camera moving slowly in back)

in another mp vice city have support shadows

Our current focus is making a stable, extensible and widely-usable multiplayer. We are not focusing on arbitrary changes in game mechanics. If people want dynamic lighting/shadows and bullet holes from shots, they can install other mods for that alongside VC:MP. We are not going to decide what changes like that should be installed for all players at all times.

If you mean 0.1c, I don't know why anyone would ever base anything on that.

With some calculation and CreateObject, you can doing that too.
