How i can make free vc-mp server where all people around the world can come there:

i have tried a lot of time whit confing but it dosn't work

pleas help

when can make dree server whit confing then send confing file

Easy. Get a proper net, forwards your ports, and leave your computer on 24/7.

Meaning you leave your computer on 24 hours 7 days.. In another word, NON-STOP..
