First of all these topics are more suited for the support section seeing as they have nothing to do with mirc scripting.

Secondly, ever heard of using the Search (http://forum.vicecitymultiplayer.com/index.php?action=search)? A lot of your questions have been asked all over the forums multiple times.

If you did use the search, you would see that you can use http://portforward.com (http://portforward.com) to learn how to forward your ports.
