Title: only loads half way?

so it launches into the vcmp screen and only loads halfway and stops?what do i do

could be one of two things.

Either you already have another application open that's taken your virtual memory amd/or bandwidth. (game, p2p software, torrents, downloads)

If this doesn't work then your vice city installation is broken. reinstall vice city then try again.

Or, You have Vice City Version 1.1
Be sure u have the 1.0 .exe version
