Title: Help needed with my basic VC:MP test sever.

Hello, I''m elamada. First time making a server. I'd like to ask a few questions:

1. I've been using the 0.3z windows server, because the 0.3x won't work.
It says the server is running. So I added my IP and I don't see the server. What's wrong?

2. Is there anyone who can give me more support on Email or MSN(PM me your MSN/Email)?
