Title: the game stays "connecting to [IP]" and does nothing

hello, I have a problem, I searched everywhere solution but I could not solve.
in Vice City MP, when I connect to a server, enter the game normally,
but stays in the room that is about video games,
with background music "connecting to [IP]"
???
and does nothing.
No longer do I find no solution,
