Title: how to subnet ban on my server ?

hello guys,
i have a server and i scripted with gups v16a
and when someone does anything wrong i ban him ,but he changes the ip and he will be back again :(
soo guys plz help me and tell me how to subnet ban :),

or if sumone's ip is for example 123.123.124.45 - do this !ban/!ipban Nick 123.123.x.x

for ip ban:do /c getip then bann /c ban theip here
