Title: loading bar stuck(crashes) at middle with vice city 2010?

well, whenever i try to load vcmp it stops at the middle of the loading bar then crashes.. im using vice city 2010( a basically san andreas underground(replaced all cars with real life cars))

any ideas

Edit: Windows xp.

Edit: Windows xp.

VC:MP will only work with an unmodified version of Vice City.
