Title: VC:MP blackscreen and error (with video)

Hey guys!
I downloaded and installed VC:MP. But everytime I get a blackscreen and a error in the background.

I didn't install Liberty City mod... if it helps :)

Windows XP SP3
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor  +3000    2.01GHz
512MB RAM

Singleplayer works..

Are you using VC 1.0 version ?

no, keep it with 1.0 . Are you the computer's administrator? Vice city will often give you that first error message if you are not.

It kind of looks like a graphics issue or conflict with a windowed mode mod.
