Title: Errors in installation! PLEASE HELP! :(

Hi, I get errors in installations, and it only happens to me when I download the latest version avaliable on the website, I have tried all clients and nothing works! this is an image I brought:

I get errors during all the installation and finally nothing appears in my Vice City folder.

PLEASE HELP!

Are you sure you want to install the server? Anyways, make sure that announce.exe isn't open if you are. Otherwise, download the Client.

Okay, I finally downloaded the client and installed it on my XP computer, I still can't know if it works in my Vista but I really wouldn't care, as long as it works on my XP computer and I can play it.
